Ramón was able to schedule us in promptly on the same day over the weekend to get our kitchen sink unclogged. Abdon was punctual, professional, courteous, and thorough. He cleared the clog in the main line, checked our garbage disposal, and also checked our dishwasher and explained what was going on. We have used Pro Masters for several plumbing issues and they have been great. Not only is the quality of their work top notch, they respond quickly and are very personable and professional.

Still have all the problems they told me their work would fix. Cost $450 for them to do work that didn’t solve any problem I had.

Joel did a great job! He had someone with him who he was showing what to do. He was helpful and respectful to me and to his helper and they were quick to determine the problem. They left to get parts, returned quickly, and had the whole issue taken care of within a couple hours total time.
